PROJECT DESCRIPTION  
Our Engineers have worked on NHS sites for the past twenty years, having knowledge of the NHS’s health and safety and work permit requirements, site protocol and systems of operation. Our lead service engineer provides technical expertise to the Estates Department, across the many mechanical and electrical systems of air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration, providing solutions to ongoing troublesome problems. This expertise also supports our service engineers, ensuring proficiency for HVAC and Refrigeration service and installation in highly complex areas of the hospital.  

ProAir is a service led company, providing fast response times for engineers to site, to tackle any issue, keeping the estates manger up to date on progress. Our engineers have the knowledge and contacts to acquire the correct part from many different manufacturers, getting the appliance back up and running at its optimum performance in the minimum amount of time. The Trust’s refrigeration units are in many critical locations, with the cost of failure being hundreds of thousands of pounds in drugs and blood supplies, or months and years of lost research. Quality of maintenance and health checks, with end of life upgrade strategy’s and speed of response to a breakdown, has enabled ProAir to win several critical system contracts with this client.
