M&S’s new store in Rochdale is part of a landmark regeneration project, transforming the town centre’s retail and entertainment offering.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Contracted to install the air conditioning systems within the management offices, staff areas, training room, staff canteen and the main M&S café and kitchen. The project had significant pipe runs to get to the roof-based plant decks. All containment is on show, as seen in the photographs of the job. Mitsubishi Electric was specified, incorporating the AE-200E touch screen centralised controller, which includes a raft of important features such as energy monitoring.
